We work with a limited number of Boulder homes so that we can stay fully present for each one. The questions below are the ones we hear most often.
About membership
Pricing & billing
Our pricing has three parts: a flat monthly membership fee, an hourly rate for active coordination time, and a standard cost-plus margin on vendor invoices. Each piece covers something specific.
The membership covers your concierge's ongoing attention and availability. The hourly rate is for time spent actively coordinating, planning, or on-site. The vendor margin covers sourcing, vetting, and maintaining Boulder's best network of tradespeople.
This structure keeps us aligned with your interests — we're not incentivized to up-sell projects or pad scope.
