Membership allows Willow to fully commit to each home. Because we limit our client base, your concierge isn't splitting attention across dozens of new projects every week.

The model means we can be proactive — catching things before they become expensive — rather than reactive. You're not paying for a one-time visit. You're getting someone who actually knows your home.

We start with a 20-minute Discovery Call to understand your home and what you're looking for. If it feels like a mutual fit, we schedule a home walk-through to document your property and build your maintenance profile.

Membership begins once the onboarding is complete. We take on a limited number of new members at a time to make sure the quality stays consistent.

Willow works best for Boulder homeowners who value their time, want a trusted point of contact for home decisions, and are tired of coordinating multiple vendors themselves.

We're not the right fit for someone who wants to be hands-on in sourcing and managing every trade, or who only needs help with a single project. We're a long-term partner, not a one-off service.

We don't perform licensed trade work ourselves — plumbing, electrical, and HVAC require certified tradespeople, and we coordinate those, we don't do them. We also don't act as a property manager for rental properties or replace your homeowner's insurance.

What we do is coordinate, oversee, and advocate for you across every project and maintenance need your home has.

Our pricing has three parts: a flat monthly membership fee, an hourly rate for active coordination time, and a standard cost-plus margin on vendor invoices. Each piece covers something specific.

The membership covers your concierge's ongoing attention and availability. The hourly rate is for time spent actively coordinating, planning, or on-site. The vendor margin covers sourcing, vetting, and maintaining Boulder's best network of tradespeople.

This structure keeps us aligned with your interests — we're not incentivized to up-sell projects or pad scope.

For vendors we source on your behalf, Willow invoices you directly. We handle the vetting, scheduling, and payment so you have one clean bill and a full record of everything done on your property.

If you have existing vendor relationships you'd like to maintain, we can coordinate those and let you handle billing directly.

You'll be paired with a dedicated home concierge from our Boulder team. They'll learn your home, your preferences, and your priorities over time — and they'll be your single point of contact for everything.

You'll also get to know the rest of the team along the way, but one person owns your relationship and your home's history.

That's completely fine. We work alongside vendors you already trust. If you want to keep managing certain relationships yourself, we plan around them and focus our energy on the areas where you want help.

Willow isn't an all-or-nothing service — we adapt to how you want to run your home.

Yes. For vendors you already have a relationship with, we can coordinate the work and let you handle billing directly. We're not trying to put ourselves between you and vendors you value.

For vendors we source and vet on your behalf, we centralize billing so you have a single record and a margin that covers our sourcing work.

Yes — and that's one of the most valuable parts of the service. Meeting with vendors, reviewing quotes, being on-site during significant work, and following up on quality is exactly what your concierge is there for.

You don't have to be home if you don't want to be. We'll handle it and bring you up to speed.

We're a premium weekday concierge service, not an emergency response line. For true emergencies — a burst pipe, no heat — we'll connect you with the right response quickly.

But our real value is in the proactive planning that prevents those situations in the first place. Most emergencies we encounter with members are ones we saw coming and addressed before they became critical.

Yes. After a Discovery Call, we're happy to connect you with members who've agreed to share their experience. We find that a conversation with a current member is often more useful than anything we could say ourselves.

Our core service area is Boulder. We also work in Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, and parts of north Denver. If you're unsure whether your address is in range, just ask on the Discovery Call — we're usually able to make it work for nearby homes.

We can — but it's not the highest-value use of your membership. For small tasks, we'll often walk you through it or batch them with a scheduled handyman visit so your time and ours is used well.
