Willow started with Nick Karas, who grew up around the trades in New England and never stopped thinking about how homes are built and cared for. An architecture degree, years of general contracting, and a few startups later, one thing kept bothering him: even people who could afford the best care for their home were stuck managing it themselves — chasing vendors, tracking seasons, hoping nothing slipped.
So in 2018 he built the service he wished existed: one trusted team that quietly runs the whole thing, holds the home to the owner's standard, and treats the trades as partners, not transactions.

A New England native with carpentry roots — his passion for the trades, building, and design was innate. His journey led him to an architecture degree, followed by ventures into general contracting, start-ups, and academia. Nick blends hands-on craftsmanship with innovative management and is dedicated to making homeownership easier and raising the tide for all vendor experiences.
With over a decade of customer service experience, Michael puts his heart and soul into his work. When he's not forging strong relationships with our clients and vendors, you can probably find him lacing up his running shoes — a former competitive runner and gifted endurance athlete, he knows the importance of going the extra mile, literally and figuratively. With a relentless drive and a passion for excellence, he takes immense pride in the trust placed in him.
A detail-oriented individual with a passion for learning new skills and cultivating meaningful connections, Elizabeth thrives when wearing various hats and exudes a positive and proactive approach in all she does, personally and professionally. In her free time, she geeks out on climbing and crafting, and finds great joy in exploring new places and meeting diverse people — approaching life with a deep well of patience and an insatiable curiosity.
With over 15 years of dedicated experience in high-end customer care — a handful of those directly managing luxury homes — Erin's approach to life is rooted in nurturing and supporting others, influenced by her role as a mom of two. Humor is an important part of who she is, and she prides herself on making people belly laugh. In her leisure time, you can find her outdoors, indulging in her love for live music or exploring new local restaurants.
A seasoned home stylist and professional organizer with a background in counseling psychology, Allyn brings a person-centered approach and attentive listening that ensure every detail is thoughtfully addressed. Having partnered with clients across the country, she brings a wealth of experience and creativity to each project. In her downtime, Allyn enjoys planning the next big adventure with her family.
A Colorado native known for her natural curiosity and passion for connecting with clients, Carly's background in live television and digital video production taught her how to juggle fast-moving projects while learning something new every day. When she's not working, you can find her stand-up paddleboarding, catching a live concert from one of her favorite artists, or enthusiastically asking if she can pet your dog.
