Boulder Home Concierge

Full-time · Boulder · In-office

This is an exciting and competitive opportunity to join a Boulder-based company redefining modern home management. Willow is a high-end home concierge service that simplifies homeownership by proactively managing maintenance, repairs, and projects through a single, trusted point of contact.

Who you are

You’re a high performer who brings grit, follow-through, and a calm, confident presence to everything you do. You thrive on making the impossible possible. You’re naturally organized, detail-oriented, and proud of your work.

You love a well-crafted email, keep a clean inbox, and never show up without your notebook. You enjoy being part of a collaborative team but prefer a role that gets you out from behind a desk.

You’re warm, thoughtful, and articulate. You hold yourself to exceptionally high standards — and meet them. People remember you for all the right reasons.
