## Pricing

- Membership: $400/month (billed monthly, no long-term contract)
- Concierge time: $155/hour for active coordination, project management, vendor meetings, and on-site work
- Vendor fee: 25% on all contractor and vendor services coordinated through Willow
- Willow pays vendors directly after service completion; members receive one consolidated monthly invoice

## How It Works

1. Start with a 20-minute Discovery Call to discuss your home and needs
2. If it's a mutual fit, Willow conducts an in-home walk-through and builds your maintenance profile
3. Your dedicated concierge begins proactive care, handles projects as they arise, and coordinates all vendors on your behalf

Willow has seven full-time team members, including six dedicated home concierges and the founder. Each concierge brings a background in hospitality, customer service, or home management. The team has managed homes across the Front Range since 2018.
